What To Expect On Your First Visit

Quite understandably most people are a little anxious on their first visit. An over active imagination can generate all kinds of apprehensions! We would, therefore, wish to assure you that your fears are groundless. Our premises have a relaxed atmosphere and Angelika, our Colon Hydro-Therapist, soon puts all anxious clients at ease with her friendly manner.

Before therapy begins we require some information about our clients who are asked to complete a 'Client History and Questionnaire' form. This enables us to assess each client's needs and to give appropriate advice. The form also a 'Treatment Consent' paragraph which we require the client to read and sign before the process of colonic irrigation commences.

The client will also be given an information sheet which contains some basic - but important - information Colonic Irrigation; this information advises the client about what to eat before and after treatment and what one's expectation should be following treatment.

A further form is given - 'Instructions on the Treatment Procedures of Colonic Irrigation.' This gives detailed instructions on the colonic irrigation process. Angelika goes through each step with every client, ensuring that they completely understand what is involved and answering every question they ask. This time of explanation and preparation prior to the procedure is of the utmost importance not least of all because it gives clients an opportunity to voice any concerns they may have.
